Direct Competitive environment change

* In spite of the global economy crisis that could decrease governments' budget & revenues, history teach, that governments do not reduce their national security outlay

* Recent researches conclude that on the backdrop of the global economic crisis, the HLS-HLD markets will remain recession-proof.

* Governments & private sectors will allocate larger and larger HLS-HLD budgets, at a growth rate that will at least equal the GDP's growth over 2009-2018 period.

* ME regional studies, focusing on the G.C.C countries, reflect that this region is still in the development phase of homeland security. This will continue for the coming decade -KSA second largest homeland security market, UAE the fifth.

* HLS-HLD development trends:

2000-2007 Rush-in period

2008-2012 Selective HLS-HLD deployment period

2013-2018 Maturity stage

* G.C.C / HLS- HLD development is still in its early stages, the need is arousing. ISNR Abu Dhabi supported by MOI reflects this need.

* ISNR Abu Dhabi is the ideal platform covering all aspects related to HLS-HLD and has no direct competitor in the regional market (SWOT analysis)
