LILIN has unveiled a new 540TVL day/night IP mini-dome camera, boasting features including the latest dual H.264 and JPEG video streaming technology. With its 2.8-12mm varifocal lens offering both wide and narrow views, depending on requirements, the new IPD-552 model is ONVIF supported to ensure users can mix and match with other manufacturer conformant products.
This device is said to have sensitivity of 0.05 Lux (f1.2), allowing the camera to operate in poor conditions, while an infrared cut filter automatically switches from colour daytime images to black and white pictures at night.
The mini-dome is compatible with many third party devices and software applications, including Milestone VMS systems, GVD HD NVRS and the Apple iPhone. Supplied with free NVR management software, live video can also be viewed on any PC running Internet Explorer. The NVR software additionally allows users to view and record up to 36 channels simultaneously and includes monitoring options such as PTZ control, mapping programmes and drag and drop.
Equipped with PoE (Power over Ethernet - IEEE 802.3af) but with the option of supporting 12Vdc locally, the 520g-weight IPD-552 is supplied with an audio encoder, 3-way gimbal, dust resistant polycarbonate dome cover and full three-year warranty.
