Geutebruck has added two new IP domes, the GNSD861 and GNSD881, to its VIPCAM range. Described as compact, high speed, high resolution day/night cameras, they include weatherproofed housings suitable for indoor or outdoor use.
The models boast 23x and 36x optical zooms respectively, as well as a 12x digital zoom, wide dynamic range, position-related text insertion, 8 or 24 privacy zones and polycarbonate domes. They move to fixed positions at up to 400°/s with 0.225° accuracy and support 25 fps video in QCIF, CIF, 2CIF and 4CIF with normal remote control, Geutebrook notes.
Both cameras are reported suitable for direct integration into the company's GeViScope hybrid server platform and its range of re_porter hybrid equipment for digital storage and transmission of video signals.
Besides supporting network-friendly functions such as dynamic live streaming, intelligent compression dynamics and dual channel streaming, the new dome cameras also have the potential for easy upgrading, the company adds.
